I met Sara + Eric at the Greysolon Wedding Open House just three months prior to their wedding. They were looking for some extra help to make their vision come to life, so they hire Pure Event Planning & Design for Design + Wedding Day Coordination, plus some centerpiece rentals!
When Sara told me that their wedding was inspired by the icy blues of frozen Lake Superior and the orange of the sky at sunset, I was ALL IN. If you haven’t experienced a winter Lake Superior Sunrise, you need to!
Sara wanted to focus on the blues of the lake with just a pop of orange in the flowers. We agreed that we needed to bring in an icy affect, so we found some beautiful candle holders and gems to help bring the outdoors inside while keeping the guests warm.
The icing on the cake of this wedding (literally) was the STUNNING edible sugar ice that Snazzy Cakes made.
